SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

vetsupply.ca offers the following shipping policy to our customers:

  • Shipping Method. Shipping method will be prepaid using a freight forwarder/shipper of vetsupply.ca's choice and depending on the product ordered. 

  • Shipping Time. All orders will be shipped the following business day provided the item is in stock. Back ordered items will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt into our warehouse

  • Rush Orders. Special rush orders will have freight added to the cost of the item. Please inquire as to freight costs and method when ordering.

  • U.S.A suppliers. Products from most U.S.A suppliers can be drop shipped to the customer if the item is not in stock in vetsupply.ca's warehouse. Please inquire when ordering.

  • Inspection of order. Please inspect and count all items received before signing the freight forwarder's receipt. vetsupply.ca will not be responsible for items lost, damaged or miscounted after receipt.

  • Non-delivery. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of the anticipated delivery date or VetSupply.ca accepts no responsibility for loss of delivery.

  • GST. All shipping charges will be net GST.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returning product. All products require a return authorization from VetSupply.ca Please contact us by phone (780-676-0239), or email info@vetsupply.ca to attain authorization. Products being returned must be properly packaged. Products damaged during return shipping from customer to VetSupply.ca that are not resaleable are not eligible for credit.

  • Incorrect Orders. All products incorrectly ordered by the customer must be shipped back to VetSupply.ca prepaid. Products shipped in error by VetSupply.ca must be shipped prepaid and the customer will be credited by VetSupply.ca please contact us by phone, or email info@vetsupply.ca before shipping.

  • Products Received Damaged. The customer must sign the shipping receipt and clearly indicate damaged at the time of receipt. Email a copy of the shipping receipt and the original invoice to VetSupply.ca for credit within 3 business days. All credits must be preauthorized by VetSupply.ca

  • Hidden damages or missing items. Hidden damages or missing items must be reported to VetSupply.ca within 3 business days by phone (780-676-0239), or email info@vetsupply.ca. vetsupply.ca  will not be liable or responsible after this time.

  • Special Orders. Items special ordered by the customer are nonreturnable.
