Edmonton and Surrounding Areas: Acknowledging the support of our local community, we offer a complimentary delivery service with a $0 flat rate for all orders within Edmonton and its immediate vicinity.

Shipping Across Canada: To serve our customers nationwide, we implement a uniform shipping structure. A standard $25 flat rate shipping fee applies on all orders to all Canadian provinces. Additionally, we are pleased to offer free shipping on orders exceeding $199 CAD.

Special Circumstances for Remote Areas and Unique Shipments: endeavours to reach customers in every corner of the country. However, orders destined for certain remote locations, or those requiring special handling due to non-standard dimensions or weight, may be subject to supplementary delivery charges. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you with detailed information and obtain your consent before incurring any additional charges.

Products damaged during return shipping from customer to that are not resaleable are not eligible for credit.
